I have just received my latest 3monthly results, and I have dropped from 7 to 6.2. The problem I have is trying to gauge just how good this drop is in terms of scale. What do you compare the scale to? Obviously any fall is good but I do not understand if this is very good or just ok.How big of a drop is 0.1? Eg If someone says they have lost 2 stone it is obviously significant, and would take time to put back on(normally!). My question is have I dropped by 2 stone or lost a couple of pounds?
