Hi to all.
I have just joined this forum after searching for some information regarding Diabetes Type 2. I am a young at heart 53 year old....with three grown up children , two grandsons and another due in September. I live in sunny Bournemouth with my husband and my mum, as I am her carer now. I breed tiny Shih Tzu dogs, love anything vintage, crafts gardening and up cycling. Have suffered bouts of bad health for nearly 30 years but enjoy life to the full when I can

I was diagnosed when I was 54 and still remember the shock. That was 12 years ago. I wrote this, based on my experiences since then, to help newly diagnosed type 2: Getting Started
