Also they are pushing me VERY hard to take statins, but I'm refusing. (Cholesterol 5.6 but bad ratio of "good/bad").

I'm a creative person, love painting, crafts, singing etc. None of which are particularly physical, so I'm trying to up my exercise.

I'm a Christian, ( faith filled NOT religeous) and I try to live my life according to God's rules for living.

I enjoy life as much as I can and want to do so as long as possible!
