Lchf - low carb high fat, no bread (or a little very rarely) , pasta, rice , potatoes........some fruit is too high carb too, but butter, cheese, cream is ok! I work as a receptionist, some late shifts and can't always eat before I go so have to juggle. Only my third day and I'm not sure I've had enough fat - after years of trying to not have too much!! I'm on metformin 500mg and after a rough three days it seems to have settled now I'm actually doing lchf!!Hi I'm on medication. Sorry but what is ichf? I'm just finding hard to eat at the right time!
