Hi everyone my name is Arnold (Arny) I'm type 2 Diabetic. Was Diagnosed this year.
My interests are Art painting and drawing. I also like music blues, soul and Rock. I keep fit by going to gym which I think is important to keep fit Especially at my age 70-year-old. I live in Stoke on Trent.

I will be seventy next march. And I constantly play music, northern soul, tamla, stax and typically sound mainly.
But am open to r&b, some pop, and some brit soul.

Can you tell us what dietary advice you have had?
What meds for your T2?

My base is The Wirral.
I have been to and through Stoke many times travelling. Both football grounds. Old and new.and
And I'm not discussing the vale.

Hi Antje, thank you for your introduction. In answer to your question I'm on novomix 30 Insulin which I inject twice a day. I was born in Mow Cop on the wirral Cheshire side. I used to live in Chester many year's ago.
