Hello
Thank you for adding me to the community. I have been pre diabetic for nearly two years. Not on medication. I just started monitoring my glucose to see where I am going wrong. I still don’t know how to interpret the graphs and trends. Not sure it is a good idea to keep the monitor on
I am here to learn and share my experience.

Hi @Jayess5 ,

You got a monitor and you want to learn... That's an excellent combination! If you want to know whether a meal agreed with you: check before the meal and 2 hours after the first bite. If the rise was no more than 2.0mmol/l or less, your body could process what you put in there. Mind you, you're not measuring the spike, that comes earlier. So don't be alarmed if you went higher, but then still hit the 2-or-under mark two hours later. What you're looking at after 2 hours, is telling about how you cope, which is more important to know when you're trying to make sense of a graph/trend. https://josekalsbeek.blogspot.com/2019/11/the-nutritional-thingy.html should help some with meals you can test around, if you like.

Good luck, hope this helps!
Jo
