Nothing more to add really.
I have replaced sugar with xylitol for the very rare occasions that I bake a cake, it seems to work and no-one (from friends & family who don't eat LC) has complained yet!That's good. I've got a big bag of ground almonds in the cupboard. I've always used those when I've made a chocolate cake that substitutes flour for almonds and a desertspoon of cornflour. Unfortunately that has quite a bit of sugar in it, otherwise I could still have cake!!
