Is eating once a day sustainable on LCHF?

Not sure if it's good for a diabetic or not.
I had one meal a day for years and was as fit as a butchers dog.
Couldn't do it now.
But three meals a day .... where did that come from?
It isn't written in stone or stamped as recommended by God that we must have three meals a day.
The other night I had fish and peas from the chippy.
I can't eat the chips so don't and don't feel the urge to replace them with something else.
I often have a curry and leave out the rice.
There are no rues really.
Exactly, one theory is that we have evolved from this, where we used to spend all day hunting and trying to find food and then consume what he had gathered later in the day. Apparently we function better this way. But then wouldn't we have been grazing on berries and such like? I'm not entirely convinced......

I do agree that eating less than three meals per day works for diabetics. It just eliminates post meals spikes, and probably makes the glucose control easier. I read an article about the longest living with diabetes type 1 person (hes around 90 now) and they asked him what was his secret to doing so well. He said that he didn't bother to eat too much. He has breakfast of some nuts and eggs, skips lunch and has some meat with salad in the evening.
