Low carb higher fat has to be ones individual dietary lifestyle.
It has to be this way because of different intolerance to types of foods.
It has a lot to do with budget, availability and other medical conditions.
I do agree that some of the LCHF blogs and articles have a certain zeal. However, what really appeals to me is that I don't feel hungry all the time, even with IF. This means that it is something that is sustainable, at least for me.
