Hi.
I heaared about number of mulivitamins that are available for in market. Is those multivitamins are good for health... Are those have any side effect??

Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
I have no idea Bernardd as I dont take any vitamins I get all my vitamins from my diet and would only take a supplement if I knew I was deficient in something.

Sorry I cant help more but perhaps someone else who uses supplements will know about side effects.

Yes they can be it's a case of getting the right one to match you and your diet. If you ask a pharmacist they can tell you what's best to try as depends if you are on any other meds or your gp can prescript you them as well.
