Is there a relationship between analyzes ACTH and DT2
I have studied this subject well
And I found that there relationship between the release of glucose of the liver and Adrenal gland

Where adrenaline and cortisol production becomes more than required

This, of course, increases liver secretion of glucose.

This defect is also often genetic
My question is why doctors do not recommend this analysis ?

Do Is not important ?

As we already know, stress produces elevated blood sugars in most diabetics ( and probably most / all non diabetics) cortisone plays a derinate role in that
Whether or not testing individual differences in how much individuals produce alongside blood sugar testing? I dont know although its certainly possible that some people have more of a “hair trigger’ when it comes to stress and stress hormones

Thank you I've thrown it a look before
I just wonder why doctors ignore such this analysis

Id answer the question if I knew what it meant!
English is not the posters first language. I doubt many of us on the forum could even begin to post something in another language

Is there a relationship between the levels of ACTH and DT2?
I believe after some study that there is a relationship between the release of glucose from the liver and the activity of the Adrenal gland
When there is over production of adrenaline and cortisol, there can be an increase in the liver secretion of glucose.

This can be genetically linked.

Is there a value in testing for ACTH and DT2 levels as part of diabetic diagnosis and treatment?

I think.:)

Adrenaline level control may be part of the solution

Studies have shown that the adrenal gland is higher in the morning that explains why blood glucose increases in the morning maybe
