Is there a thread for Reactive Hypoglycemia?

Hi I am new to this site, so I am just adjusting to navigating and figuring out how to even post on a forum.
I have a few questions I wanna ask anyone who has Reactive Hypoglycaemia as mine has got so bad I am really at the end of my rope! If anyone can point me in the correct direction where to post... please let me know! With many thanks!!
