Is there an ICE app that shows current data on Lock screen?

Hello all - I'm a newbie looking for an app that will store ICE info and make it available on lock screen? ie when phone is locked for Paramedic/Doctor use. I've searched but would like some feedback from someone who is actually using it.

What phone do you have? It is already something that works with the iPhone built in.
 
iphones have something that might be of use, google ' iphone medical id '
 
my iphone has a health app (on it already when I got the phone) you can put in any medical details and contact number which is visible in the locked screen when you go to "emergency calls"
 
Yep my LGG2 allows you to put stuff on your lockscreen.................
 
Thanks all, I use iPhone 5S - but it is experience of specific apps that I was looking for, ideally for use by a group of people some of whom are newly diagnosed and some who are not highly IT literate so ease of use and ability to add details, particularly dosage info, easily is a key requirement.

I have just a normal Sony Xperia phone and although no app, in my contacts, I found that once I put a contact under as ICE, then in settings, I could add extra health info and it can be accessed from the locked screen, hope this helps
