is there anyone out there

Just thought id say I too enjoy my carbs and feel there is no need at all to cut them out....My control is good, if I don't have carbs my blood goes super low, so for me its all about having a balance...
I am also on weight watchers and have lost almost 2 stone since 9th Feb this year, I have continued to eat bread, potatoes etc throughout and have found it has made no difference to my weight loss...
 
Hi all,

I am trying to eat a balanced diet, that includes whole grain pasta and bread.

My wife would not let me go low carb as she does not belive it would be healthy long term.

Plus until Guinness and pizza are low carb :)
