Yes, my grandfather was a Southern Baptist Preacher and we grew up reading the King James version of the bible (and Shakespeare for some reason.)

You are not having a WHOLE lowcarb chocolate cake.... I want some!!! And so does Liam and undoubtedly Rusty does too.:wideyed: and SWUSA

Ok, is there actually any cake being consumed right now?
No... not at the moment.... possibility of cake sometime on Tuesday!

And mist... I think we should move this chunter to the General Chat room... don't you?

Basta. This chat is burning up the calories and I'm feeling hungry. I'm offsky. Hopefully the moderator will take control; shortly!

No and to answer the original question -you can stay borderline for quite a while and pop in and out (for some people) depending on diet, exercise and other health issues. I was borderline for 40 years. Diabetic for 15 years now. The advice here, although I test all of it before I accept it, has brought me closer to borderline again in just a few weeks. I can still however eat a lot of carbohydrates and make myself very sick.
(Mom is tearing up the house, I have to go again.)
