Thank you all for your comments and advice. I love the rambling nature of the thread! I know that for us all it is a never ending fight which we can try to overcome as best we can with the support of each other. Over the past few months the advice given by many of the forum members to others has also helped me greatly already.

Well yes and no. She has dementia so she is very intent on what she is doing but has no idea what trouble she was causing.
