Not mine just getting white screen when I try and install from purchased apps
Yeah I done that likewise eventually. Is your old Libre app showing within your iPhone apps as I can’t see mine anywhere if that makes senseI had the blank screen issue this morning following the auto update. Deleted the app, restored from the past ‘purchases’ area and logged in with my libreview account. The app asked me to scan and add a sensor and thankfully it accepted my existing one (which has a few days to go). Updates now coming in once a minute automatically. Be warned that all data is lost in the app following this approach. Only the last 8 hours pulled from the sensor is in there now. This is despite being successfully linked to Libreview. Not a great drama as it’s thankfully still reporting to the site.
Android users seem to have escaped. This is an iOS issue for the new Abbott software.
A simple solution is just to download Shuggah from the Apple Store and use that with your existing sensor until Abbott get their act together.
Abbott farm out their software development and past history has not been good for Apple compatibility. This could take some time so just use a working 3rd party product for the time being.
For android users, in the unlikely event you also have problems with the new software, just use Juggluco .com.
Both Juggluco and Shuggah cope with the current 1 minute sensor output.
Likewise, thanks for tip - didn’t know Shuggah existed but now have my peace of mind back. And think I actually prefer it - great not to have to scan every time to get a current reading!Thank you! I’ve downloaded Shuggah and it works perfectly
Thanks so much, this has been a lifesaver!Android users seem to have escaped. This is an iOS issue for the new Abbott software.

As described in the comment above ...Hi, I’ve got that. How do you rectify this issue or when will it be resolved?
As someone mentioned above if you previously had the app on your phone, even though it can’t be accessed in the App Store it can be accessed and reinstalled.
Click on My Account in the top right and click on Purchased where it will list all the apps that you have installed. Find it there and download again. You’ll need to fill in the registration info again but once done you should be able to scan your sensor (no need for. New one)
Erm no it can’t, not on my iPhone anywayAs described in the comment above ...
Download the Shuggar app, see above posts, it’s free And works so much better than Libre appErm no it can’t, not on my iPhone anyway
I hope it’s soon I’ve been getting the signal loss notification through constantly for an hourHey! I literally just posted about the same thing!!
Yes, I’m having the same problem too. I managed to get through to someone on the phone after being on hold for 2 hours!!!
They have said they updated the app and it’s gone wrong and they have people working on it at the moment. However, they are unsure of when it will be up and running again
I am not sure who mentioned it above but thank you to him and to youAs someone mentioned above if you previously had the app on your phone, even though it can’t be accessed in the App Store it can be accessed and reinstalled.

Can you get through to the Bluetooth screen on the app? Took me a while to figure out how to get started, but need to get to the Bluetooth screen (Bluetooth symbol at bottom of app Home Screen), then click on the + to select CGM then Freestyle 2 and then scan your sensor. Mine wouldn’t scan first few times, but persevered and it worked. Now I don’t need to scan it again as it’s just transmitting automatically like a proper CGM.Managed to get this far with shughar, not sure if it’s working & not a clue how to change from American units
