I haven’t seen any disappearing avatars (or not seen as they’ve disappeared!) neither have I seen coloured text unless I opt for it using the tools up ^^^ there (like I just did!), but the red has gone to a slightly darker red like the green on my moderator banner went a slightly darker green a little while ago.

Must be you. I'm not sure about the profile box change, though (when you click on a member's avater). It is great that there is now a white background but it looks a little clumsy to me.
Oh yes I’d noticed the white background, I think it looks much clearer now especially viewing on a smaller device like my iPhone

I suspect it's only people who were using pictures that you could choose from within the forums,
And when the forums were updated/reskinned then some of those images that were previously available now no longer exist, so people using those now not existing images don't have an image - therefore any of use who used our own pics haven't been affected

Oh yes.. I would definitely have noticed if yours had gone!

I never click the avatar. I right click the user name under the avatar, choose "open in new tab" and it takes me straight to the profile page. (On a PC, not sure how you do this with a phone)
I'm not seeing any missing avatars, nor any difference in coloured text.
Haven't names changed colour? or am I going really crazy.. Rachox name is now green and mine is red whereas before they were both black weren't they?

I thought all mods had green names, and everyone else has red - I am using the black and white "mild" option, not the awful bright red option. I don't see any changes at all.

Everything seems the same using Firefox on my PC or Chrome on my Android tablet, apart from the profile which is now has a white background and a B before the name (?) that I don't remember.
( tap and hold is the equivalent of right click on an Android tablet )

Ladies and gents, I noticed the more muted colours yesterday, so asked about it. The contrasts have been altered to make them more friendly to those with some eye conditions. I am advised the changes were purely look and feel with no functionality changes.

The B has been there for some time and indicates that particular member has a blog on site.
