I'm worried that the complications are starting. At least the ones I know about.

Type of diabetes
Type 2
Treatment type
Diet only
Doing or being given the same thing
Over and over
Never getting anywhere
Nothing ever getting fixed
Not meaning to sound harsh @cdpm do you do the things that you are advised to do? If so what are the outcomes? I know you’re desperate but you seem to flit between one thing and another quite quickly. Maybe try some of the things again and give them time to work?

Your partially right.

But I'm not really the bow down to drs type. And don't put them on a pedestal.

We know our bodies better than anyone.

I get where you’re coming from but it’s not about bowing down or putting people on pedestals. It’s about giving the advice or treatment a genuine attempt and if it fails returning and having a productive conversation asking “what next?”.

A treatment that fails to achieve what you hope it will isn’t necessarily “fake help” which implies a deliberate attempt to deceive and not treat you. I doubt there are many medical personal out there doing that.

I don't really know how to explain what I said, what I meant.
Right now I'm having trouble understanding why is it acceptable to keep doing the same treatment over and over. Despite side effects . If I gain more weight from the insulin I will just need more insulin. I've been thru exactly that already.
I don't understand why we accept weight gain for type2 to be OK.
I asked the dr isnt there anything else that can be done but increase the insulin. He said no.

I get what you're saying but getting your blood sugar levels under some sort of control must be the immediate priority. Then you'll need to work backwards - reduce a little weight, do what exercise you can and reduce insulin a little as your body hopefully become less insulin resistant. It will be a long but very worth while journey involving HCPs anyone close to you.

Well it's back but hurts worse this time.
Not interested in the fake help.
So just hoping this is not my end.
I have lots of the antibiotic cream given for it. Hopefully it helps again.
