i would hate to be type1 i was always undecided which was worse but now ive got my eating habits right i have no doubt t1 is much worse imho i recently did a park run with team bg and apart from borofergie and i, the others were t1 , one of the guys had a huge spike after the run, would have scared the bejesus out of me, im very happy to be t2 i feel sorry for t1s

Type 2 harder to control and reactions to drugs from side effects. T1's get hypo's. Type 2's can get stomach probs.I can eat anything if I want to...type 2's tome are far more restricted in ways to get good hba1c's especially with gp's messing around with test strips limiting them.

I too am glad I'm type 1 rather than2 for these reasons. Not that I would wish diabetes on my worst enemy!!

Didn't know there was a choice in the matter, I would chose neither, both have many difficulties, for different reasons. Whatever the type we are all Diabetic :(
