I've done it !!!!

6 months and my HBA1c is at 41.

Just for your reference.
April 17 hba1c 102
July 17 hba1c 59
Nov 17 hba1c 41

I stopped taking my Metformin in July against my Doctors advice, so the level has dropped to 41 without any medication.
Since being diagnosed I am also down about 42lb.
Bmi is now 26.

Feeling accomplished


If I can do it anyone can, you just need to believe in yourself and make the right choices.

LCHF worked for me !!!!

A brilliant result and well done to all who helped. Now the trick is to sustain that result for the next year. If you can do that then the habits will probably have become permanent. I look forward to your post 11/11/18.

Yes it is. It was hard at first making different food choices but it became easier. Oh and not listening to everything the nhs told me to do ..
