I been shopping in the health store to make bread rolls with almond flour 2c each.
Iv begin to use a calorie carb counter
And Iv dropped my carbs to 50 or day. Yes it sounds slit but I have so much to learn so while I’m getting used to this and also learning to test and record my readings.
I found the Diet Doctor and some of his recipes. Wow so much to cope with.
