I have looked at the veg etc on S/w
I can’t believe my calculator with how many carbs that’s in the food I thought was healthy.

Wow lovely people full of great advice.
Iv bought a Keto cook book.
I been shopping in the health store to make bread rolls with almond flour 2c each.
Iv begin to use a calorie carb counter
And Iv dropped my carbs to 50 or day. Yes it sounds slit but I have so much to learn so while I’m getting used to this and also learning to test and record my readings.
I found the Diet Doctor and some of his recipes. Wow so much to cope with.
How do you all cope.

Great start, and in my opinion it is better to start by dropping the carbs slowly. 50g is a good place to start. You may find you don't need to drop further, but your meter will tell you this.

Don't worry, it all becomes routine and part of daily life quite quickly.
