Just been given a hba1c result of 42.
Am I pre diabetic?
I eats lots of salad, fresh fruit and veg, but I do have a high family risk
Dad one of 12 siblings all had diabetes. I am now 67. I weigh 8 st 9 lb and 4 ft 10 inches.
A little bulge around the middle.
I am a little overweight for my height.
Could someone please Clarify.
GP has offered me a course of diet. Ha ha Iv been doing Slimming World for past three years. I am very confused.
Please help.
