Juice plus!

I sometimes have a little at breakfast , orange juice, I need a little sugar for energy, for a nice drink, I just add water...

Can I ask why you want to use Juice Plus? Have you checked the carb content of a typical product? Some juiced products are best avoided as they break down fibre and cells resulting in carbs that are too easily absorbed. Do check the labels. I'm afraid I have no experience of them myself.

A work colleague is selling juice plus, I am probably more averse to it now than I would have been given how much she goes on about how wonderful it is, how many nutrients it has etc, plus loads of people at work are doing it. I can see some pluses with it, after all the detox bit probably doesn't hurt, and I think people at work like the online group/support with it. And I think some of the recipes I have heard her making have been low/no carb. I personally don't fancy it but my (non diabetic) sister is starting it!

Juice Plus? Is that something to be injected?

edit: that's a rhetorical, somewhat satirical question.

It's a comment on Western diet.

It's a powder that you mix with milk and have that for two meals then a normal meal. BUT it's 40% sugar, the lady who sold it to me said that she has people with type two and it has got rid of it "what ever"
