No real "supposedly" about it. Why take the risk, aspartame is really bad for you. Why are food manufacturers taking MSG out their food? Aspartame is basically the same stuff? Opinions I know. I'll fight to the death so people can have one, but, I don't have to share it.
Anyway, what about this bloody weather!! Windy as out there.

I have 3 cups of tea a day. I always have one teaspoon of raw sugar. Doesn't seem to make bs any higher. Stay away from artificial
