If you start two medications on the same day, and then stop them on the same day because you are beginning to feel that life is not worth living - you can't report those problems as it is not possible to say which one cause it (the combination being at fault is not even considered) so it is little wonder that the true scale of side effects seems to go unreported and that many drugs regarded as safe can bring on some truly horrible results..
