Hey everyone,
I have had the worst night ever!!! And just needed to rant!
As some posters will know I love working out. Ill be at the gym for about two hours a night with two days rest a week. I struggled for a long time but now am getting there with it yay!!!
I worked out last night till 8pm. Came home and needed to change my site had some tea no was exhausted so I wanted to sleep.(sorry I'm on a pump)
My bloods quickly rose from 7 to 19 I checked and sight and changed it but it was ok. I put in after an hour one unit pen insulin. It would not budge but then it started to drop. I reduced my insulin as advices to do by the doctor to go to sleep ( didn't experience a hypo all night) however my bloods didn't leave the 4/5 area and I know it's not good to sleep on that.
To finish my rant off I've had odd half an hour sleep all night so about 4 hours. I'm even more shattered than when I came back from the gym and me Saturday is over because I can't go anywhere this tired (too dangerous as I live remote so would need to drive) and I can barely keep my eyes open so I have to accept its a kind of duvet keeping an eye on sugars and maybe taking short naps day yayyyy
