I get the Low Carb (sorry Moderate Carb) diet for losing the weight (and I am slowly and steadily) and getting the numbers down, but they way my numbers are falling I am starting to think, how to maintain low numbers when first I get there? Staying on low carb (appx 30/day) will obviosly help me loose the weight I need to but am I in danger of my Bg going too low at the same time? Or will the number stabalise by themselves? Or if the Bg goes below 5 will I have to increase carb intake to ensure stability?
I know how the weight-thing works and I expected to reach my target weight and numbers in about 3 months and would then go on Low Gi with a reduced carb diet. But I am now unsure what to do with the Bg dropping as fast as it is. However, I am relucant to increase Carbs as I also want to loose the weight.
Any advice / thoughts / sharing of expereince VERY much appreciated - as I am somewhat confused now! Help! :lol:
