Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)

Oh this is brilliant! Amazing hot there's so much more "out there" than "in there", when you think about it everything should be in there - even in quarks :wink:
