I didn't feel like eating yesterday so at what should have been lunch time thought I'd do another fast - this time logging with a Libre sensor and proper ketone strips, which I got at a bargain price from eBay. I actually managed to go just over 24 hours though I had a slight slip up and when i was preparing the dogs dinner, unintentionally and thoughtlessly forgetting I was fasting, ate a couple of tiny strawberries that my husband had left on the kitchen worktop. Whether or not this actually counted as ending my fast I'm not sure, but I certainly went right round to just over the 24 hour mark without any other food, and just water and one cup of tea with a cinnamon tea bag.
Fast started on 9th June at 00,46 after a light supper:
