Hi I'm Abbie and just wanted to introduce myself, joined a forum mainly as I'm planning on starting a family and feeling a bit scared so wanted to chat to other type 1's in the same situation. I am 28 and have had diabetes since I was 3. Wasn't interested in it as I was growing up, I don't know quite when I decided to start looking after myself properly but I have been trying my best for a good few years now, still not perfect though :-( looking forward to learning other peoples stories xx
