kávovina - Czech coffee substitute

A friend introduced me to this and gave me a bag of the stuff.

Is anyone familiar with it, especially in terms of its suitability (or otherwise) for t2s?
 
I think this is what they call Spelt coffee in which case the nutritional info is :

I'd be interested to know about carbs in regular coffee too - in my carb counting I count zero for my coffee with sweetners and cream :shock:
2 minutes later: I have just looked up coffee in my carb counter - coffee (black) contains 0.3g carbs per 100g. Nescafé Instant contains 10g carb per 100g only so its negligible in a cups worth. Tea - well it depends on how much milk you put in. Virtually none otherwise. :)
 
That amount is for one cup of kernels but you would only use three heaped tablespoons of the kernels to make a cup AFAIK.
