Great to hear you are feeling a bit better.. and well done on the superb numbers too.. I wondered about the ND because its such a huge change for 8 weeks and then what? but you are showing you can maintain progress afterwards.. you're doing a great job.. an inspiration.Update
Much better couple of days. Seem to have beaten off the blues and got back on track. Being low carbing as well as low Calories this week (around 1300 a day) to push a little harder to my goal. Still having to rest the knee so walking/ running stopped for a few more days. I am looking into alternatives perhaps cycling and Gym on alternative days. I have dug out the bike from the shed and some air in the tyres a helmet and a light and I should be right to give it a go.
Cheers
Thanks MarkI wondered about the ND because its such a huge change for 8 weeks and then what?
This updates are really nice of you, it is invaluable for all the people on this site!Hi All
Well been on holidays and gave away my daughter three weeks ago. the wedding was fantastic and I have had 3 weeks of no testing and no dieting. While having a break was great it did cost in terms of putting on 4.6lbs but while I didn't test for 3 weeks I pulled a 4.9 this morning which was a bit of a relief.
My learning are that I really just should have had 2 or 3 days off and that it is important to get back on the bike otherwise I could undo all the great results I have had this year.
So back on the Lchf this week and chasing my original goal of 79kg
Current weight 83.5kg
Cheers
