I have been Keto for over a year and lost weight. I'm within the limit for my height and weight doesn't bother me. What does bother me is the fat I'm carrying. Being unfit at 70 and having had colon cancer, I decided to join a gym and have been going for 3 weeks. I had my body measurements taken and found out my % body fat mass and my body fat mass in kilos. I do fast walking for 30 minutes and then use the weight strength machines for another 30 minutes. After my three weeks I had my fat measured again. It has gone up tremendously and my waist measurement also. What is the reason for this and what can I do about it?
