Keto bread using aquafaba?

    To any vegan bakers out there. Do you think the Diet Doctor Keto bread would work using aquafaba instead of egg whites? I’ve made meringue successfully with it but not sure about this. I hate wasting food so not inclined to experiment. Thanks.

    Edited to add - hadn’t even thought of the carb content!! Maybe not such a good idea. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    I don't think that the carb content is significant, really - though it is still a little uncertain, it isn't huge.

    Hi @Flora123,

    I just make the DD keto bread without the egg white, works just fine. If concerned, maybe increase the psyllium husk just a little bit.
