Keto Chef's Ultra Low Carb Ready to Use Pastry

Has anyone used Keto Chefs ultra low carb ready to use pastry? If so what's your experience with it?

Or is there an alternative low carb ready to use pastry that you'd recommend instead?

I was looking to make my own low carb sausage rolls, but dont want too much faff.
(I am assuming you cant buy ready made low carb sausage rolls)

i've tried beef mince rather than pork using this recipe https://thefast800.com/low-carb-sausage-rolls/ pretty decent :)
you can buy predone, works out rather expensive from what have seen so far. might be a company which does cheaper with any luck. i tested the recipe above out to see if was ok for xmas :) ps mine didn't look as nice as the photos did. They were ok thou and tasted decent!

I tried the keto chef pastry and didn’t like it.

I might try this recipe though. For even less faff you could use high quality/low carb sausages or sausage meat.

I find that Panda Flour makes very good pastry and the suet one is good for sausage rolls and pies. Generally easy to mix and work with.
 
Another tip don’t buy sausage meat, buy high meat sausages & split them open into a bowl. I’ll second the Panda pastry. Hard to tell from normal pastry,
