I'm a type 2 so not an expert, however, I know some type 1s who eat low carb as I think it can make it easier with calculating their insulin requirements. However, are you asking about products labelled 'keto' or are you asking about a low carb/keto diet?

@VashtiB ’s distinction is a good one. In my view there is no such thing as a ‘keto’ food. Those following a ketogenic way of eating tend to focus on real foods - meat, fish, eggs, dairy, above ground veg.
