That’s the Maria Lucia keto granola isn’t it, it’s good isn’t it? I have it sprinkled on some sort of pud every day

Yes it is. It arrived today from Amazon. I tried some earlier but will use it for breakfast during the week though not everyday. It’s quite nice and I like the coconut but expensive.

Oh how yummy does that look. Hope you enjoyed it. I'm having that in the morning. Love the crunch with the smooth.

Yes I did enjoy it.


I suppose it wouldn’t be too difficult to make my own. I saw a similar granola recipe that used dried raspberries alongside those same ingredients.
