Hello, everyone just want to thank you all for your great advice, my blood sugars this morning were 6.3 they are mainly staying below 7 in mornings & great throughout day too.... tested for ages & kept food diary too.
Another bonus of going low carb is I was 13 stone 2lb am now 12 stone 2lb so lost a stone in weight too got bloods on 21st so will see if hcb1 has lowered I'm sure it would do.

Remember that HbA1C is an average over several weeks (depending upon how fast your body replaces blood cells). So even if you have made huge recent progress, but were not so good 2 or 3 months ago then expect not all of the progress will be reflected in a current HbA1C.

They said no further action required, so guessing that's a good result?
