KETO Nuggets Dark Chocolate - I got this from COSTCO

I had a look at it the other day at my local Costco. It is ridiculous - this product is NO KETO. I put it straight back on the shelf after I looked at the nutrition information.

Understood, and I truly appreciate your caring comments that I should NOT be hoodwinked. However, I wanted to experiment and measure my fasting glucose. So far I’m not seeing a prolonged shift upwards.
 
Hello T2s! Just to report in, I’m still “inside” my morning fasting BG. Of course, I’ll keep on testing and reporting here.
 
6.7 this morning, still inside my “normal” range.
 
Those are good figures. Does it rise you after eating? And how is it on sparking the cravings?
I find if I have 1 then I eat loads more

Well, as I said, I mix them in with other nuts, this kinda subdues the cravings. To be honest I’d find it difficult to eat more than I’m doing - they’re a treat.

I’m making NO recommendations here at all, but I’m more than happy to do/carry on with the testing, so you don’t have too .
