Yes indeed. This is why I identify, if I can say that, as being a low carber, but realise that many to most days my carbs and fat are at a keto level. Love many keto recipes. The reason my diet is effective is it corrects (well, goes some way to) my hyperglycemia and insulinemia - you go Amy Berger girl! Chase results not ketones. A good speaker indeed. Thanks @Indy51, always grateful for your posts.

I do think she tends to go on a bit, but having read her blog posts, i believe she actually (on those at least!) talks a lot of sense and debunks a lot of irrelevant bumf that surrounds low carb - and particularly keltogenic - diets.
