mental illnessWhat is the reason you need to be hospitalized to change what you eat?
Why disappointed? I only asked because I thought more information might lead to better answers. Hope you can find something to help you manage!mental illness
thanks but I am disappointed
It helps if you find things within the dietary range which you enjoy eating. If it feels like a treat, tastes like a treat... (Fatbombs for instance! Bacon!) It makes it easier to commit to a diet. I'm a borderliner; one of the components is that I get cravings that can last for days and it really, honestly, feels like the fate of the world depends on having that particular food. Not quite obsessive, but close. Realising it is an illness making you feel that way, to me anyway, makes it easier to let it go and dismiss it altogether. The world won't end if I skip sushi and stick with meat and veggies. Remarcably enough.disappointed because I cannot commit to a diet, it's very hard
