Ketone urine strips-What do you use?

I'd like to measure my ketone levels whilst I exercise on my bicycle over Easter. I have a One Call combined glucose/ketone meter, but the box of 25 ketone strips have expired. I don't want to pay for a fresh box as they are expensive. I'm considering buying some standard strips that are dipped in urine to test for ketones. If you are using them, which ones are you using? How reliable and accurate are they? Thanks.

I use Urinox 10 strips. They are individually wrapped. They test your urine for ketones and Leukocytes, glucose , protein , Ph , blood in urine and a few others. I have found them accurate. There is also an App for this brand if you wanted to download it to keep track.

I can't suggest anything, but I am also testing ketones post-cycling so I'd be interested to know what you find.

My readings to date are here fwiw: https://forum.diabetes.org.uk/boards/threads/normal-ketone-values.110801

I use ketostix made by Ascensia. I don't think they're in any way precise measures, but inexpensive and good enough for my purposes. I'm just looking for an indication of none/some/a lot.

My Gluco RxQ will test for ketones in blood with ketone strips but I've never used it for that.
