Type 1 Ketones

Hi my blood has been high for the past 2 days and I checked my ketones today and this was the result do I need to contact my doctor or speak to someone ? I suffer with anxiety too so this is really stressing me out thank you IMG_1597928756.309300.jpg
 
May I ask why you haven't asked for a monitor capable of testing ketones? monitors are far more accurate and up to speed, these only tell you what was happening a few hours ago while a monitor gives a current reading, I don't do colour matching but unless they are over 0.6 then no action is needed xx

Not all doctors will prescribe them, I asked a few months ago and they wouldn't, they did give me some pee sticks though (in fact my DN dropped them through my letter box as she cycles not far from where i live on her way home).

Note: now I'm using a pump I do get them but only cos the hospital sent a letter stating to add them to my prescription

I haven’t been prescribed a monitor from my doc I just get these xx
