Ketones

Hi all just a quick question if my sugars are 7.8 and I have 0.1 ketones is that OK or should I be worried

Sounds ok to me! Less than 0.6 for ketones is what i was told and 5-8 mmols is in the safe range, at the moment I am aiming for 5 or 6 resting/ between meals but thats just me.
