KFC is BAD. Whether you are T1, or T2. Loads of carbs in the batter, chips is chips, and corn on the cob has lot's of carbs in it too. The corn on the cob is usually drenched in butter, and while I don't usually have a bad thing to say about butter, combining it with swetcorn (the clue is in the name "sweet"corn) can't be a good thing...
There are some recipes around for lo-carb crispy chicken - I think the batter for that chicken is made with crushed nuts/seeds (and your own secret blend of herbs and spices... :wink: )
