This is interesting. I posted earlier here that my WBCs went down from 7 to 5 after starting low-carb and below chart confirms that. Its interesting to see some other lab results. I see though the thyroid functions went high after a high-protein diet a little? What's your experience ?
My Thyroxine supplement has been reduced now that I am free of my GPs diet sheets and the high carb low fat diet.
Maybe the higher intake of fats is a good thing for my endocrine system overall.
