Hi just had a look at Nairns site, the carbs frighten me,I couldn't manage something between 4&6gms carbs per biscuit and only small biscuits my wife loves them but then she's not diabeticI would go for the higher fibre and protein one and watch the portion size. Make up for less carbs with more vegetables and lean meat. hope this helps. Try a company called Nairns for brilliant Oat based foods they have transformed my eating.
And in answer to your original question, in my humble opinion rice is something you should try to avoid eating.
try this one first.. and the family will probably like it too..Thanks for that bulkbiker I have a blood sugar monitor on the way and plan to use it to help me determine what food does what when it comes, I am just soo confused by it all, things that are supposed to make me feel ok make me feel ill and vice versa.
