Lactic acidosis

I don't know if i'm being a hypocondriac, but i'm convinced i've got some of the signs.
Abdo pain, vomiting, not eating etc.
But also share them signs with a cold which i do have.

Should i just blast it out for a few days see how it goes or should i call someone?
I've been on metformin 500sr for just over a week.

In the first place Lactic Acidosis is a very rare side effect of Metformin. It can however be extremely serious.
