Went diabetic 2018 with a lada. we have lots of Coeliac in our family high genetic. I was on tablets for quite a few years. But struggling at the moment very depressed as it's going to spoil my Christmas celebrations.Hi
Type 1 of 50 years and coeliac for about 15.
GF availability and quality is the best its ever been but supermarkets stock an awful lot of sweet stuff.

Hi Barbara
I hope it didn't spoil your celebrations....
Being coeliac doesn't bother me in the slightest because as a type 1 i'm used to saying no to food.
I have an odd relationship with food as i look at something that contains gluten and if i ate it it would give me bad guts....
I look at something i can eat and i think ..is it worth me eating it and having to take some insulin to deal with it.....
This simple philosophy works for me.
I wish you well
Tony
